Booking Procedures & Cancellation Policy
Booking Options To confirm your stay, you can choose between two procedures:
Option 1: Deposit (Stripe or Bank Transfer)
A 33% deposit of the total amount is required.
Payment can be made via Stripe (credit card) for immediate confirmation, or by Bank Transfer.
The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival at the property.
Option 2: Credit Card Pre-authorization
No immediate charge will be made.
A pre-authorization will be performed on the credit card provided. This is a temporary hold of the amount as a guarantee (an international hotel standard) to verify the validity of the card.
The total amount will be paid at the property.
Cancellation Policy
Regardless of the chosen method, the following conditions apply:
1. Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation without penalty within the following terms:
August: up to 10 days before the arrival date.
All other months: up to 7 days before the arrival date.
In case of a deposit already paid, it will be fully refunded (minus any bank fees).
2.Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival (for August) or less than 7 days (for other months), the deposit will be retained or the amount will be charged via pre-authorization as a penalty.
3.No-Show: In case of failure to arrive without notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
